Please read all of the following terms and conditions carefully before using this platform — they form the agreement between you and 99ldt.

These terms and conditions have been reviewed and updated. Users are advised to check this page regularly.

Introduction & General Guidelines

These terms and conditions (hereinafter "Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 99ldt platform (hereinafter "Platform" or "Site") and its users (hereinafter "Member" or "User"). By opening an account, logging in, or using any service on the 99ldt platform, you are considered to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.

We reserve the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page. Continued use of the platform after any changes means you have accepted the updated Terms. If you have any questions or anything is unclear, please contact our support team.

Account Terms and Conditions

Account Registration and Eligibility

To open an account and use services on the 99ldt platform, the following conditions must be met:

You must be 21 years of age or older. Minors are strictly prohibited from opening an account or using the platform.
Each user may open only one account. Attempting to open multiple accounts will be considered a violation of these Terms.
All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information may result in the account being suspended or closed.
It is the user's responsibility to keep their account login details (username and password) confidential. Any unauthorized access to the account must be reported to our support team immediately.
The service may not be used from any country or region where it is legally prohibited.

Important: 99ldt may request proof of identity or age verification at any time. If proof is not provided within the specified period, the account may be temporarily suspended.

Account Verification (KYC)

To ensure the security and integrity of the platform, 99ldt may need to verify the identity of its members. This process is known as "Know Your Customer" (KYC) and applies in the following situations:

When withdrawing a significant amount of funds.
When unusual activity is detected on the account.
When claiming a bonus or promotional offer.

You may be asked to submit a national ID card, passport, or other government-approved document for verification. 99ldt reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account if the member does not cooperate with the verification process.

Account Closure and Suspension

99ldt may suspend or permanently close a user's account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

If any provision of these Terms is violated.
If evidence of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or account manipulation is found.
If evidence of operating multiple accounts is found.
If the user voluntarily requests account closure.
If the user behaves in an abusive or offensive manner toward platform staff or other users.

If you wish to close your account yourself, please notify our support team. It is recommended that you withdraw all valid balance before closing the account.

Financial Transactions and Payments

Deposit Rules

Funds can be deposited on the 99ldt platform in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Accepted payment methods are:

The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is ৳200.
The payment method used on the account must be registered in the user's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
The platform does not charge any transaction fees; however, the payment provider's own charges may apply.

Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
Withdrawal requests generally take 10 to 45 minutes to process.
Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
The verification process may need to be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
In the case of suspicious transactions, 99ldt may hold the withdrawal process until additional verification is completed.
To withdraw bonus funds, the applicable wagering requirements must be met (see Section 6).

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

99ldt regularly provides various bonuses and promotional offers. The following general terms apply to all bonuses:

Welcome Bonus: 100% match bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives ৳1,000 in bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000.
Wagering Requirement: The bonus amount must be wagered 15 times (not on the combined total of deposit and bonus). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳15,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.
Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless a specific offer states otherwise.
If bonus abuse or manipulation is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings may be cancelled.
99ldt reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Platform Usage Policy

Permitted and Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 99ldt platform:

Attempting to increase balance through illegal or fraudulent means.
Attempting to manipulate the platform's software, algorithms, or systems.
Using automated bots, scripts, or third-party software.
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
Conducting money laundering or other illegal financial activities through the platform.
Harassing, threatening, or behaving in an abusive manner toward other users or staff.

Please note: Involvement in any of the above activities will result in permanent account closure and all balances may be forfeited.

Gaming Fairness and Security

99ldt is committed to ensuring a safe and fair gaming environment:

All games are operated in accordance with fair play principles. A technically verified Random Number Generator (RNG) is used.
Users' financial information is protected through SSL encryption technology.
If the outcome of any game becomes uncertain due to a technical error, that round will be considered void and the wager will be refunded.
Any winnings obtained by exploiting a critical system error will be cancelled.

VIP Program and Loyalty Rewards

99ldt's VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
Gold: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
Diamond: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Users can gradually advance to higher VIP tiers based on their activity on the platform. 99ldt's decision regarding VIP rewards will be considered final.

Legal Liability and Limitations

Responsible Gaming

99ldt places the highest importance on responsible gaming. This platform is intended only for those aged 21 and above. We advise users to keep the following in mind:

Never bet beyond your means — only play with money that you can afford to lose without affecting your daily life.
Gaming is a form of entertainment, not a source of income.

Limitation of Liability

99ldt will not be held liable for any loss in the following circumstances:

Any loss caused by internet disconnection, power outages, or technical problems with the user's device.
Loss resulting from the user's own negligence or violation of these Terms.
Delays or errors caused by a third-party payment provider.
Uncontrollable circumstances (force majeure) such as natural disasters, war, or government restrictions.

Winnings displayed incorrectly due to a technical error will not be considered actual winnings, and 99ldt is not obligated to pay that difference.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between 99ldt and a user, the following process must be followed:

After receiving the complaint, our team will review the matter as quickly as possible.
99ldt's decision will be considered final. However, if the user feels the decision is not fair, a resolution will be sought through discussion.
If both parties cannot agree on any matter in the dispute resolution process, it will be resolved through neutral mediation.

Privacy Policy and Data Protection

99ldt follows our privacy policy in the collection, storage, and use of users' personal information. Under this policy:

Users' personal information will never be sold to third parties.
Information will only be used to improve the service, verify identity, and meet legal obligations.
Users may request to review or delete their stored information.

Right to Modify and Discontinue Services

99ldt reserves the right to take the following actions at any time:

Modify, temporarily suspend, or permanently shut down any part of the platform, any game, or any service.
Make the platform temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or upgrades.
Add new games, features, or payment methods, or remove existing ones.

In the case of significant changes, we will make every effort to notify users as early as possible.
